How do I find my confirmation number (Roster) -
- To find your Roster ID...
- Log into the ALTA web site.
- Go to Players & Facilities -> Rosters -> My Rosters.
- A Roster ID is listed next to each roster that you are on.

Creating a New Roster -
- Log into the ALTA web site
- Under the menu, choose Players & Facilities -> Rosters -> New/Reinstate Roster
- Choose a league with which which to associate the Roster
- Begin by selecting your facility
- Click the Members tab, and add players by ALTA number or Search to find them by name
- Click through the remaining tabs
- Only complete the Request for Review if this team has special circumstances that will affect the level/flight placement of the team
- Click to Save your Roster
- If you receive an error/warning message but take no action and decide to continue, click SAVE again
- A Roster Summary Page will appear with your new Roster ID (Confirmation #)
- Print a copy for your records

- Click Select on the Roster you would like to view

Reinstating a Roster -
- Log into the ALTA web site
- Under the menu, choose Players & Facilities -> Rosters -> New/Reinstate Roster
- Choose a league with which which to associate the Roster
- Click the button to reinstate a roster -- You will be taken to a screen with rosters you are affiliated with to select the one you want to reinstate
- Select a facility if you need to change the facility connected to the reinstated roster
- Follow the tabs beginning with Members through Designees
- Only complete the Request for Review if the team has special circumstances that will affect the level/flight placement of the team
- Click to Save your Roster
- If you receive an error/warning message but take no action and decide to continue, click SAVE again
- A Roster Summary page will appear with your new Roster ID (Confirmation #)
- Print a copy for your records

- Log in to the ALTA web site
- Under the menu, choose Players & Facilities -> Rosters -> New Roster
- Choose a league which which to associate the Roster
- The user will see an option to select a Roster to reinstate. Click the button associated with that option.
- This will take you to a Roster search screen.
- Click Select on the Roster you would like to reinstate.

How do I change a Roster (captain, co-captain, facility, etc.) -
- Log in to the ALTA web site
- NOTE: You must have the appropriate permissions in the site to change a Roster.
- Under the menu, choose Players & Facilities -> Rosters -> My Rosters
- Search for the Roster you would like to change
- Click Select
- If you have sufficient rights to change the Roster, the fields will be editable.
- Make the desired changes
- Click the Save button.

How do I add a member to a roster after the captain's meeting -
- Login to the ALTA web site
- Go to Players & Facilities -> Rosters -> My Rosters
- Click the Select link next to the Roster that you wish to add a member to.
- Navigate to the Members tab.
- Enter the Member's ALTA number and click the Add-On button
- ..OR..
- Follow all steps up to step 5
- On the Members tab click Search to search by other parameters than the Member's ALTA number
- Click the Select link when you find the person you want to add.
- Click the Save button.

How do I get removed from a roster during roster entry -
- Each time you are added to a roster you will receive an email which provides the contact number and email of your captain or manager.
- Please contact your captain or manager.
- If this information is not available, then contact the ALTA office

How do I get removed from a roster during season -
- Normally this is not allowed. If you feel you that you have special circumstances please contact the ALTA office.

How do I get removed from a roster post season -
- At the end of the season, if you have not played or been listed on a scorecard to accept a default, you can ask that the roster be removed from your history using the following procedure:
- Log in to the ALTA site.
- Go to Players & Facility -> Rosters -> Post Season Player Deletion
- Make your request there.

What do I do if I am listed on multiple rosters -
- You will receive a letter from ALTA alerting you that you are on more than one roster.
- You will be asked to return the form stating the roster on which you want to remain.
- If you have questions, contact the ALTA office

How do I purchase/renew a membership? -
- If you are a potential new member, please follow the prompts on this page.
- If you are renewing your membership, please log in and use the menu to go to Players & Facilities -> My Profile.
- Once there, it will show your membership status and whether or not you are paid or not. It will also provide a link to pay your unpaid membership(s).
- If you do not remember your username or password, follow the link above, click Renew Membership and follow the prompts for either Forgot Username? or Forgot Password?
- Once a membership is purchased or renewed, it is nonrefundable.

- Log in to the ALTA web site
- Under the menu, choose Players & Facilities -> My Profile
- Click the Profile Details Button
- Make changes as desired
- Click Save

How do I locate my ALTA number -
- Log in to the ALTA web site
- Under the menu, choose Players & Facilities -> My Profile
- Look under the text Profile Summary, your ALTA number should be displayed after your name

What are the age requirements for a specific league -
- No one under 18 years of age may be placed on a roster in any Adult League.
- To be placed on a Senior League, a player must be at least 45 years of age within the calendar year.
- To be placed on a Senior Day roster, a player must be at least 55 years of age within the calendar year.
- For Junior leagues, the player must be at least 8 years old and no older than 18 years old within the calendar year.
- For more information about how Junior Leagues are set up please refer to the Junior Boys League page or the Junior Girls League page.

Where do I find my schedule -
- Under the menu, choose Players & Facilities -> Rosters -> My Rosters
- Search for the Roster associated with the Schedule you are looking for
- Click the Schedule link on the Roster you would like to view
- If there is a Schedule available to view then you will be taken to it

Where do I find my tracking sheet -
- NOTE: You must be a Coordinator, Captain, Co-Captain, Creator or Designee to access Tracking Sheets.
- Log in to the ALTA web site
- Under the menu, choose Players & Facilities -> Rosters -> My Rosters
- Click the Tracking Sheet link on the Roster you would like to view.
- The coordinator must have approved at least one match score in order to view the Tracking Sheet at the team level.

Where is the play-off draw located -
- You can find the Play-off draws by choosing the menu : Leagues & Tournaments -> Playoffs
- Once there, you can search for the Play-off draw you are interested in and select it if it exists.

Where do I find the weekly division standings -
- There are many ways to find the weekly division standings
- If you are a public user of the site, you can find the weekly division standing via the menu under Players & Facility -> Weekly Division Standings
- From there you can search for the specific standings you would like to view.
- If you are a member of ALTA, you can find the weekly division standings of a specific roster under Players & Facility -> Rosters -> My Rosters and searching for the Roster that has the standings you wish to view.
- If you are a Coordinator and above and wish to view a specific Roster's weekly division standings, you can access them via step 3 or by using the menu to go to Players & Facility -> Rosters -> Advanced Search and then search for the Roster that has the standings you wish to view.

Who is my coordinator and where do I find that information -
- After your schedule is determined, your coordinator will be assigned.
- Normally you should contact your captain with any issues, however, the coordinator's name will be listed on your team schedule.
- In order to view your schedules you must log in.
- Go to Players & Facilities -> Rosters -> My Rosters
- Click the Schedule link next to the roster you wish to see.

Where do I find a scorecard -
- There are many ways to find a scorecard but all of them require membership in ALTA.
- If all you require is a list of scorecards and the links to them you can find that under Players & Facility -> My Scorecards
- If you wish to find a scorecard associated with a specific roster you can do that by choosing Players & Facility -> Rosters -> My Rosters and searching for that roster
- Once you find the roster for which you would like to see the scorecard, click the schedule link.
- If there is a schedule, you can see the scorecard for a specific match by clicking a match link.
- If you are a coordinator or above, you can follow steps 3 - 5 by going through Players & Facility -> Rosters -> Advanced Search.

Who submits the scorecards -
- Scorecards are submitted by users that fulfill one of the following requirements:
- The user is a member of an adult team (non junior leagues)
- The user is office staff
- The user is a league VP
- The user is a coordinator
- The user is a first VP
- The user is an overall coordinator

What happens if no scorecard is submitted -
- If there is no scorecard 48 hours after the scheduled match date, both captains/managers, co-captains/co-managers, designees, creators are emailed.
- If there is no scorecard 96 hours after the scheduled match date, the coordinator will be emailed.

Is it necessary to verify a scorecard -
- Yes

How do I dispute a scorecard -
- In order for a scorecard to be disputed or approved it must have been submitted by your opposing team.
- You must also be a user who is either a member of the team that played, an office staff member, a league VP, coordinator, or overall coordinator.
- Once you reach the scorecard you would like to dispute or approve, the scorecard will be shown as read-only except for a section to enter reviewer comments and a section to approve or dispute.
- You may then save your selection.

- No, a scorecard cannot be changed after it is submitted.

Is it possible to play in multiple leagues during the same season -
- Yes. For example, Mixed Doubles and Senior Mixed Leagues, Men and Senior Day Men, Sunday or Thursday Women and Senior Day Women, Mixed Doubles and Senior Men/Women
- Women will be able to play in both the Sunday and Thursday Leagues the same season beginning in the Fall of 2010.

How do I find a player's history -
- Log in
- Go to Players and Facilities>Members>Search
- Identify the player you are looking for.
- Click on Play History to the left of their name.

What is the difference between Assigned Level/Flight and Final Level/Flight -
- Your roster's assigned level/flight is selected at the beginning of the season.
- The final level/flight is given to the roster based on their performance during the season. Each team member carries this rating forward.

How can I change to another facility -
- During the roster registration period, you can change your facility.
- Log in.
- Go to Players & Facilities -> Rosters -> My Rosters.
- Click the Select link next to the Roster you wish to change.
- Click the Select button next to the current Facility to pick a new one.

How do I find a team on which to play -
- To find a team on which to play, simply select the menu, Players & Facilities -> Players & Teams -> Teams Looking for Players
- From there you can do a search for teams that are looking for players
- It will allow you a secure way to contact the captain or manager of the team which you are interested in

How do I find a member's ALTA number -
- In order to view a member's ALTA number you yourself must be an ALTA member and must be logged in.
- Once you are logged in you may search for the member by going to Players & Facilities -> Members -> Search
- Once there, you will be allowed several query options to retrieve the desired member record. One of the columns returned will be the ALTA number.

How do I go about getting a facility approved -
- Under the menu, choose Players & Facilities -> Facilities -> Request New Facility
- Read the Application Criteria
- Fill in all required and known fields. Errors will appear for required fields left empty
- Click the Submit button
- When you are finished, you will be shown a confirmation screen for your request
